Simon has 25 years’ experience from top consultancies (Interbrand; BBDO) and brands (Toyota), including the lead role in repositioning Lexus in the UK. He now also guest lectures on branding at Warwick Business School.
Jeremy Shaw, Creative Director
Jeremy has 28 years industry leading experience including Lloyd Northover and Wolff Olins, designing a wealth of iconic work, from the John Lewis identity to the National Savings rebrand (to NS&i). He also teaches design at the University of Sussex.

Sarah originally trained as a designer but now is an accomplished writer and planner. She has over 20 years’ experience in brand consultancies including Holmes & Marchant, JKR and Elmwood.

Jai Nicholls has nearly 18 years’ experience in digital project, product & programme management. She is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and uses a variety of methodologies including Waterfall, Agile & Kanban.

Darren has over 20 years’ industry experience. He has delivered complex projects for Bank of Ireland, Abellio and Warwick Business School and has worked client-side as a Brand Manager for Bristol & West Plc.
Oscar Greensted, Senior Designer
Oscar is one of our experienced designers who led the implementation of the assets and guidelines for TUC, Warwick Business School, and ACAS. He also has extensive experience in events branding, web design and annual reporting.
Alice Hambleton, Designer
Alice is at the heart of our studio and has led the implementation of the assets and guidelines for several brands. She has experience in creating annual reports for RIBA and EFG. Her past experience includes WARL design and working with Morag Myerscough.
Giulia Matrone, Account Manager

Ralph is a leading expert and author on experience design and change management. A former strategy director at Imagination, he has advised, inspired and supported some of the world’s leading brands including Diageo, CBRE, Ford, BP and Coca Cola.
Dee Paterson, Project Leader
Dee has more than 20 years’ experience working in design and communications for both clients and agencies. She has led the strategic development and production of Annual Reports and presentations for clients such as Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, ArcelorMittal, Bank of Ireland and more.
Ash Shah, Finance Director
