different things too. Sometimes we write,
design and produce the communication
pieces ourselves. Sometimes we produce
systems and guidelines so that others can
do so -
4 - We engage people. And we know how
much it matters. Taking people with you –
inside and outside your organisation –
is a big part of successful projects. And
sometimes the project itself -

media. We ‘do’ digital media, as well as print

managers, accountants, front of house,
administrators, lead generators. But we
don’t believe in silos and think things are
better when you blur the boundaries -

extraordinary times, it’s comforting to
know we’ve weathered an economic crisis
or two. There’s still a Mr Northover: Jim
our chairman. There’s still a Mr Lloyd too:
John, who’s now retired. Jeremy, our
creative director has been with us for more
than 20 years. Today there are lots of other people too -
9 - We’re global. Lloyd Northover has
offices in London, Hong Kong and
Singapore. As part of Media Square, there
are sister companies in every continent in
the world. It’s a small and friendly network,
we often work together and even when we
don’t, we meet up at least once a year -
